Lead the Way aim to provide you with an excellent service; however we know at times you may wish to feedback to us regarding improvements, complaints and suggestions. We will respond to your email within 7 working days and will aim to resolve the complaint at the earliest opportunity. Any complaints regarding any product or service that you have been introduced to Lead the Way, we recommend that you approach the provider of that product or service direct.

Telephone calls made to our call centre may be monitored or recorded for training purposes.
Our call centre is available Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm, all calls will be charged at local rate.
